The player who got rid of all their cards earns points for the round. Continue playing rounds until the end of the game. After the score is tallied, collect the cards. The round ends when a player plays their final card. The next person gets to play their final card. One card is drawn, and it must be played. However, a player may draw a card if they do not have an action card, and the player who will go after them is about to win the game. Typically, a player is not allowed to willingly draw a card on their turn. If the person forgets to do so, and an opponent says UNO first, they must draw two cards as a penalty. When a person plays their second to last card, they must say UNO. If it is a normal WILD card, nothing happens. If the card played is an action card, the action occurs and play continues. All of the cards in this game are WILD, so everyone will be able to play a card on every turn. The player left of the dealer goes first. That player does not lose their first turn. If the first card is a Target Draw Two, the dealer gets to choose who draws two cards. For example, if the first card turned over is a skip, the player who would normally go first gets skipped. If the first card of the discard pile is an action card, that action happens. Flip the top card over to begin the discard pile.
